Percy H. Pitzer
Percy H. Pitzer is the founder and President of Creative Corrections. He is a Veteran of the United States Army, in which he served during the Vietnam Era from 1968 through 1973. His assignments included: 14th Armory Calvary Kensington - Germany; 4th Infantry Division Pleiku - Republic of Vietnam; and Army AWOL Apprehension Unit Milwaukee. Percy was promoted to the rank of Sergeant (E-5) and is the recipient of numerous medals and recognitions. Since the completion of his service, Percy has accumulated over 40 years of correctional management experience, and has served as a Senior Warden at Minimum, Medium and High security level facilities. He also served as Warden in the private sector, where he is credited with implementing a number of innovative and advanced prison reform programs. These reform programs are still being utilized by many correctional facilities today, in both the private and public sectors. Percy has earned national awards in community service and cost reduction. He has a comprehensive knowledge of international, federal, state and private detention/correctional operations management.
Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer
Sununt Pitzer is a founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Creative Corrections. She is an experienced executive who has owned and operated a number of successful small businesses in the United States and Thailand. Sununt has provided guidance and leadership to Creative Corrections L.L.C. since its inception in 2002. Sununt brings to her role a broad wealth of knowledge and vision which has led to the success and advancement of the company which is now recognized worldwide and highly respected as a front runner in the industry of corrections management consulting.
Vice President, International & Domestic Business Development
René Greenwald is the Vice President, International & Domestic Business Development focusing on generating new business opportunities stateside and overseas for the company. He has more than 40 years of professional experience working in all of the Spanish speaking countries of Latin America while residing in the Region. He has supported Creative Corrections efforts to work with Mexican inmates in the U.S. supplying educational materials in Spanish as part of a rehabilitation program. He has travelled for the company to Central America, Panama, Uruguay and Argentina as a team member to do needs assessments. Rene represented the Pan American Development Foundation for over 10 years in Mexico. He directed a large highly successful multi country university textbook program in Latin America for the USG. René has been a member of teams visiting Central Asia and the Middle East to do feasibility studies for USAID. He has worked closely with senior government, educational and private sector leaders. Rene developed his own publishing and distribution business in Mexico.

Vice President, Administration
Jeanine Hadnot is currently serving as Vice President, Administration and Facility Security Officer. Jeanine has worked with Creative Corrections since 2007 and has played an integral role in developing and generating business in the local, state and federal arenas. She additionally serves as the Facility Security Officer, and ensures the company’s security processes maintain compliance with the Defense Security Service and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Jeanine has 10 years’ experience in corrections management with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. She has a degree in business management and has over 5 years’ experience providing oversight to a state supervised juvenile facility, as well as experience in owning and operating her own business(s).

Vice President, Operations DC Field Office
Tim Fitzgerald is the Vice President of Operation for Creative Corrections’ Washington Field Office. As the VP of Operations, Tim is our strategic leader in Washington DC to oversee the day-to-day operations to grow, coordinate, implement, and oversea plans, projects, and programs to positively impact Creative Corrections’ bottom line. He is focused on strategic planning, goals, and directing the operations in support of these goals. Tim is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with US Government and Business partners and customers.
Tim retired out of the Pentagon after 25 years of service to the US Army in February 2017. His last job in the US Army was as the Provost Marshal General Sergeant-Major. In this role, Tim served as the most senior enlisted military policeman for the US Army with 17 years of experience as a CID Special Agent and 8 years as a Command Sergeant Major. He was responsible as the senior enlisted advisor to the highest ranking Military Police General Officer in the Army and to the Sergeant-Major of the Army on all matters pertaining to Army law enforcement activities, police intelligence, physical and personal security, corrections and detentions, criminal investigations, health/wellness/resiliency development programs, and Military Police support throughout the broad spectrum of military combat operations. Tim also worked with a 16 division directors to supervise a large number of employees through subordinate supervisors to ensure the integration of the Military Police Strategic Vision in all plans, policy, training, career development, and acquisition programs. Tim has extensive experience collaborating with interagency and professional civilian organizations to develop and design projects and programs to increase partner capacities and implement best practices to ensure organizational success. Tim holds a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Roger Williams University.

Selma De Jesus-Zayas PH.D
Director of Mental Health
Dr. De Jesús is the Director of Mental Health Programs for Creative Corrections. She is a Clinical Psychologist with a specialty in Forensics. Dr. De Jesús joined Creative Corrections after retiring from the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) where she served 23 years, the last 13 years as the Chief of Psychology Services, in Miami. Dr. De Jesús, who is from San Juan, Puerto Rico, obtained her B.A. (Social Science) and M.A. (Psychology) from the University of Puerto Rico. Her interest in the integration of psychology and religion led her to Fuller Theological Seminary (Pasadena, Ca.) where she obtained an M.A. in Theology and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Upon graduation, she began her career in forensic psychology first by completing her Post-Doctorate Internship in a hospital for the criminally insane and those not competent to stand trial and later with the BOP, in Miami, Florida where she was hired as a Forensic Examiner. A licensed psychologist in the state of Florida, Dr. De Jesús was one of a handful of BOP mental health experts who regularly testified in federal court regarding inmates’ competency to stand trial, sanity at the time of the offense, and degree of dangerousness. As the head of psychology services in Miami Dr. De Jesús department monitored the mental health stability of approximately 1,500 adult, male inmates. Dr. De Jesús’ areas of expertise include competency, sanity at the time of the offense, dangerousness, suicide prevention, and suicide reconstruction (“suicide autopsy”). Dr. De Jesús is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
