 Leadership can be stressful. Therefore, good leaders stay mindful of the need to maintain a healthy life style and more importantly, a healthy life balance. By using the Testwell II self-assessment instrument for examining personal wellness, participants in this session will evaluate six facets of their own personal wellness and use this information to set goals to improve their lifestyle; thus putting them in a much stronger position to lead those who are entrusted to follow them.
