Percy and Sununt Pitzer, the founders of Creative Corrections, bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and vision to the company’s success. Percy’s impressive career spans over 40 years in senior-level corrections management with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where he retired after a distinguished tenure and later excelled in the private sector. For the past 21 years, Percy has provided integrity-driven leadership, guiding Creative Corrections to new heights.
In 2024, Stephen Spaulding joined Creative Corrections as a partner, strengthening our ownership team. Stephen, a retired Warden and Rear Admiral with the United States Public Health Service, adds tremendous value to our company. His deep expertise in the criminal justice system, particularly in managing complex mental health programs and healthcare management organizations, makes him a pivotal addition to our leadership.
Our team is composed of highly specialized subject-matter experts, many of whom are veterans with diverse and backgrounds.
