Public-Private Partnership (PPP)
A unique consortium has been formed to offer governments around the world an opportunity to partner with the private sector to address the overcrowded conditions in correctional facilities that have led to human rights concerns. The consortium offers governments a one-stop option to finance, design, build, construct, monitor, consult, train, and in some cases, manage/operate state-of-the-art correctional facilities. The design of each project will be tailored to address the specific needs of each country. The consortium brings together a wealth of experience and experts in different areas.
