Building a High Trust Environment
(90 minute session/two-hour session includes one role-playing exercise/three hour session includes multiple role-playing exercises)
A good leader employs courage, empathy, humility, and resilience in order to stimulate creative initiatives and generate the sense that drives actions and results. Sounds simple, right? The truth is, very few leaders commit to the life-long learning and adapting required to reach the proficiency level of these four traits necessary to reap the benefits of a high trust environment. During this powerful session, participants will first learn to recognize and utilize the four leadership traits at their most basic levels. This cognitive change in their leadership behaviors will open the door for them to self- evaluate and learn from their previous leadership behaviors. Once they are able to see the dynamic differences their own behaviors have on those around them, will they become committed to developing additional leadership behaviors that support a high trust environment.
