Creative Corrections Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) have led and managed correctional Food Service Departments and have experience with policy and procedures surrounding security and compliance in food service standards within correctional and detention facilities domestically and internationally. Creative Corrections has the propensity to develop menus for diverse populations to specify equipment needs; determining staffing levels to develop successful job descriptions for detainees as well as employees; and assess budgetary requirements for food, maintenance of equipment, equipment replacement, chemicals, and staff salaries.
